Nice lighter, as I was expecting, but it came with blue thing I don’t know what it is?

Feel sturdy. Slide open to ignite. The button on the side turns on the light. It is not sent with butane so you will need to have butane or lighter fluid seperately to use it to ignite. I need to buy butane before I can use it. It got sent with an extra blue plastic item but I don't know what it is.
